We are located just west of the intersection of Hwy 120 (Roswell Road) and the 120 Loop in Marietta, GA and for those familiar with Marietta, approximately 1 and 1/4 miles East of the "Big Chicken."

From Roswell:

Take Hwy 120 West toward Marietta.  Go under the 120 Loop/Roswell Road interchange.  JOA Boating will be on your left and Syms clothing will be in the shopping center on your right.  After the light at the top of the hill, the Cottage is on your right just before Mathews Carpet.  Be prepared to turn once you see the used car lot on the right.

From Chattanooga:

Travel South on I-75 to the North 120 Loop exit.  Turn left at the traffic light and go under I-75 and proceed through two traffic lights and take the Roswell Road exit to your right.  Turn right at the light.  JOA Boating will be on your left and Syms clothing will be in the shopping center on your right.  After the light at the top of the hill, the Cottage is on your right just before Mathews Carpet.  Be prepared to turn once you see the used car lot on the right.

From Atlanta:

Travel North on I-75 to the North 120 Loop exit.  At the light turn right onto the 120 Loop. Proceed through the next traffic light and take the Roswell road exit to your right.  Turn right at the light.  JOA Boating will be on your left and Syms clothing will be in the shopping center on your right.  After the light at the top of the hill, the Cottage is on your right just before Mathews Carpet.  Be prepared to turn once you see the used car lot on the right.
